Quick Post- Two Exercises for Back Pain

Work Hollow Body Holds to strengthen the anterior chain, and work the Cobra (or the "Founder's Exercise) to work the posterior chain. Google the last one, these are extremely good and I am incorporating them both along with hamstring and Psoas stretching.
