Hi Neil,Been following your blog for a while now. Listened to the podcast a few days ago by a fluke.Signed up almost straight away. I've been doing CC for a while (how I found your blog). I think I always added reps or progressed too early, and would come to a crashing halt, get sore or just get completely run down, and end up regressing completely, if not giving up. I really like the GST training cycle, and while it's still very early days, I'm finding the beginning steps still challenging, since we are working on extensions and stretches etc.I think that maybe the CC progression steps are a little too easy in the early stages and then get really tough around step 6/7.This podcast seems to address a lot of the things I was struggling with.Cheers.
