Back Pain? Here's One Tip...

  1. Hello,

been lurking on your blog for a while now... I am of similar age and background as you - 2 kids, desk job, martial arts background.

I have a question, and to keep it short: I have elbow problems which show up frequently after calistenics or sparring. How do you strengthen joints and prevent injuries, yourself? Any supplements, exercises or other tips?

    1. Two critical things: First, the only way to deal with this elbow pain in a manner which allows longevity is resting the elbow. Give it some time off. Second, work ancillary areas which strengthen and mobilize the elbow INDIRECTLY such as this absolute gold:

  3. If you guys want to beat back pain, then must try chiropractic care. It’s a natural technique and helps in relieving pain permanently. My cousin visited one of chiropractors Mississauga clinic and got his back pain cured permanently.
