I am of similar age and background as you - 2 kids, desk job, martial arts background.I have a question, and to keep it short: I have elbow problems which show up frequently after calistenics or sparring. How do you strengthen joints and prevent injuries, yourself? Any supplements, exercises or other tips?
Two critical things: First, the only way to deal with this elbow pain in a manner which allows longevity is resting the elbow. Give it some time off.
